Program:
This program is approved by the Charlotte Mecklenburg District Attorneys office. Participants will learn how to identify the thoughts that create negative mood and behaviors. The course will educate participants on how fear or sources of distress cause their problems and what they can do to alter the negative thoughts and unwanted outcomes.
Who Should Attend:
First time offenders who have been charged with misdemeanor crimes being minor and non-violent offensives may qualify for CBI.

Methodologies:
This course will utilize lecture, practical learning tools, evidence-based techniques, video presentation, group activities and writing exercises.
