Kareem worked as a police officer for several years. He saw a need for counseling within the agency and the multi-cultural communities he patrolled. He experienced the good, the bad and the ugly of police work. Your Lesson...
I really loved reading this and felt you challenging me in some areas of my life. When a reader feels compelled to do things differently and/or to take the advice of an author then that means that a book is really powerful. Great job!
Dr. Seldon
This book gives raw insight into the mindset of a young man raised on the rough streets of the Bronx who overcame adversity, obtained a college education and joined the police force. Through thought-provoking and direct language, the author relates his journey through despairing times which led to federal indictments and an emotional verdict. If you are a law enforcement officer, or you have a loved one who is, read this book.
